A total of 170 registered runners and walkers participated in the Charity Road Race on Sunday, August 20. “We felt this was a great turn-out,” said Ross Fisher, Executive Director of the Health Foundation.
"This event is about helping people introduce a little fitness to their lifestyle. That is why we hold the Learn to Run Clinics starting in May; we want to provide people the opportunity to learn to run with others.
