Our Board

The Health Foundation is governed by a board of directors. All but one of the directors are elected at an annual general meeting. The Health Foundation’s by-laws provide for one appointed member from the Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) to ensure there is good communication between the Foundation and the SHA.  

Each director is elected for a term not to exceed three years.  Board members may choose to offer for election again following their term.

The board members are dedicated community volunteers who receive no remuneration or honorarium for the work they do on the board and its committees.
